Mathematics Program of Study

The mathematics program provides students with a foundation that allows them to reason mathematically and work collaboratively to solve problems. Students hone their skills and knowledge through a major that incorporates calculus, statistics, theoretical mathematics and applied mathematics. Through students’ ability to conceptually and logically reason, they are able to make connections within mathematics and communicate those connections precisely and with clarity both orally and in writing.
