Diane Becton, Senior Vice President, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. serves as the Government and Institutional Banking Treasury Management Sales Support Manager. In her role, Becton is responsible for managing the GIB Treasury Management Sales Support efforts for the country. Becton began her career with Wells Fargo Bank, NA in 1989. She has held several leadership roles within Wells Fargo, including Government and Institutional Banking Relationship Manager, National Customer Service Director for Wells Fargo Commercial Dealer Services, and Wholesale Customer Service Director for Central and Eastern Regions of North Carolina.
Becton currently serves on the following Boards: Chairperson-The Alexander Family YMCA Advisory Board, Meredith College Business School Advisory Board, UNC Wilmington Parents’ Council, Saint Mary’s School Alumnae Council. She has also served on the Artsplosure Executive Board, The American Lung Association of North Carolina Board, and The Junior League of Raleigh Board. She is a Sustaining Member of The Junior League of Raleigh. Becton received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her Master of Business Administration at Meredith College.

Paula Sims, an independent consultant specializing in the energy industry, has experience in leading and managing in areas of mergers, business development, operations, supply chain, IT and change management. Sims recently held the position of Chief Integration Officer for The Duke Energy and Progress Energy Merger and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Improvement for Progress Energy.
