Photography

If a picture is worth a thousand words, make sure yours tell the most powerful stories possible.

Video

Videos have a lot of power – to push a brand forward, to elicit an emotional response, to forge a movement, or just to make people laugh out loud. Videos are a critical tactic for effective brand storytelling.

How can we help make your project a success?

Working with Us

You should submit projects at least 8-10 weeks prior to your proposed completion date to allow adequate time for planning and production of the appropriate marketing tactics.

Include as much detail as you can.

  • What is the primary goal of this project?
  • What is the need you are trying to meet?
  • What challenge are you trying to solve?
  • What are you asking your audience to do?
  • What is your call to action (CTA)?
  • What is the intended outcome?
  • How the outcome will be measured?

All projects must follow the College’s branding standards, including official logos, fonts, colors, and messaging.

Project Planning

How will your project be funded?

Has funding been discussed with the dean/department head? If so, what is the available budget for the project and account code?

  • Standard Deadline: If your project needs to be completed in 2-6 weeks, its considered it Standard.
  • Rush Deadline: If your project needs to be completed in less than 2 weeks, consider it a Rush.

Plan Ahead: For most projects, it’s best to aim for a Standard Deadline of 2-6 weeks. This will give your project team enough time to create quality work without unnecessary stress.

Avoid Rush Deadlines: Rush projects are often only feasible when absolutely necessary. If your project doesn’t require an immediate turnaround, try to set a reasonable deadline that allows for thorough work and revisions. This helps ensure a better final product.

Factor in Reviews and Revisions: Make sure to account for the time needed for feedback, revisions, and final adjustments when estimating your deadline.
