Important 2018 Admissions Dates to Remember

The Meredith College Office of Admissions reminds prospective students about the following important dates:

January 15– Meredith Scholars Programs and Talent Scholarship Application Deadline

This is the application deadline for students interested in Honors (as well as Presidential and Meredith Legacy scholarships), Teaching Fellows, Talent, Thomas Meredith, Creative Writing, Service, and STEM scholarships.

Your complete application for admission and application for Scholars Programs and/or scholarship of choice must be submitted by this date. Visit Meredith’s financial assistance page for application information about Scholars Programs and talent scholarships.

January 29 —Think Meredith | Open House for High School Seniors, during which students and their families can visit Meredith, meet current students and faculty, and tour campus. Programming will begin with check-in at 8:15 a.m. and will conclude at 3:30 p.m.

If you are a junior, plan to attend Explore Meredith: Open House for High School Juniors scheduled for Saturday, April 21.

February 15– Regular Decision Application Deadline
Visit meredith.edu/admissions/apply for information on how to apply to Meredith.

February 15– Financial Assistance Priority Deadline
Be sure to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by this date in order to receive priority funding. The 2018-19 application is available at fafsa.ed.gov.

March 17 — Experience Meredith, a day for accepted students. Get a head start on fall orientation by meeting potential classmates, professors and staff at Meredith.

May 1– National Reply Date: Officially reserve your space in Meredith’s Class of 2022 by submitting your $300 non-refundable deposit.
