Awarded for the first time in 2007, the Meredith Legacy Scholarship – the College’s first and only full, four-year merit scholarship – continues to attract strong, bright women to Meredith.
Through an expanded partnership with Golden Doors Scholars, more women from diverse backgrounds will have greater access to a Meredith education next fall. Golden Doors Scholars is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that promotes economic mobility for high-performing undocumented students.
Meredith College has received a grant from IME Becas Local Committee (Institute for Mexicans Abroad) to provide scholarships to students of Mexican origin. This continuing partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony held at the Mexican Consulate in Raleigh on December 7, 2017. Director of Financial Assistance Kevin Michaelsen accepted the grant on behalf of the College.
