Food and Nutrition Minor 19-20 hours(Assuming prerequisites have been met)
FN - 124: Principles of Food (3 cr.)
FN - 126: Principles of Food Laboratory (1 cr.)
FN - 227: Introductory Nutrition (3 cr.)
FN - 251: Lifecycle Nutrition (3 cr.)

ELECTIVES 9-10 hours - Students may select hours from the following course offerings:
FN - 310: Food Service Management Systems I (3 cr.)
and
FN - 311: Food Services Management Systems Lab for FN (1 cr.)
FN - 261: Food and Culture (3 cr.)
FN - 350: Culinary Medicine (3 cr.)
