Academic and Medical Records

Acceptance for admission to Meredith College is contingent upon the receipt of a satisfactory final academic record and a completed medical form. Students must submit their completed medical forms promptly. The Health Center staff will advise students if any required health information was omitted. Both medical and academic records must be complete and submitted to the Office of Admissions before attending classes. If students have any questions, they should contact the Office of Admissions at (919) 760-8581.

Health Insurance

All required students must take action in the Meredith BCBS insurance portal. Required students include: all full-time undergraduates, licensure only, pre-health, I/O Psych, international, study abroad, and dietetic interns.

The Spring 2021 student health insurance is $1,914.00 which covers 7 months, January 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021.

The Health Insurance Waiver Portal is now OPEN for Spring 2021 actions (waivers and enrollment).

The health insurance portal will close for ALL students on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 5:00pm EST. If a waiver is not submitted by the deadline, the spring charge ($1,914.00) on your student account will remain and cannot be removed.

To enroll in the insurance plan, please complete your enrollment early so you receive your insurance card in a timely manner.
