Rebecca Lassiter is an Adjunct Instructor with the I/O Psychology MA Program. Pulling from more than 10 years of professional experience, Rebecca guides students in the practical application of statistical techniques and data visualization to tell stories with data and address real-world case studies. Her goal is to prepare her students to leverage various data tools and programs effectively as they enter the professional world post-graduation.
Rebecca earned an MS in Predictive Analytics from DePaul University in 2014, and most recently worked as a Vice President for a large financial institution with ownership of account management strategies for more than $500 billion of assets. Throughout her 8-year tenure at the bank, Rebecca held analytical positions and leveraged data to address problems, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop new programs for cost savings.
