Rachel Findley is an assistant professor at Meredith College. Rachel has worked primarily in foodservice management and most recently was the Director of Child Nutrition Services for Johnston County Schools in Smithfield, NC before transitioning to Meredith College as a full-time faculty member. Her interests include school nutrition program management, leadership, nutrition politics and policies, and the art of feeding people through quantity production. Rachel is a graduate of Meredith College for her BS in Nutrition and MS in Nutrition degrees. Rachel’s educational philosophy centers around integrating foodservice practice into the learning process through experiential learning.
