Profile

LoriAnn Messina Moscato is the founder, along with her husband, Rob, of the Pay it Forward Fertility Foundation (PIFFF). PIFFF is a North Carolina not for profit that reaches across the whole country to help patients afford costly infertility procedures when their insurance does not have infertility coverage.

Moscato graduated from Meredith College in 1999 with a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Immediately after college, Moscato started a ten-year career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. In those ten years, immeasurable tools were gained that she would carry further on in her career including, sales, analytics, project planning, cultivating key opinion leaders, and much more. For the Class of 1999, she serves as the class gift agent for the term of 2014-2019.

In 2015, Moscato formed a boutique interior design firm, Casual Elegance Designs, which serves the Triangle, N.C. area. She took her passion for design and turned that passion into a blooming business.

Moscato lives in Raleigh with her husband, Rob, and their two children: Sophia and Ryan. As a family, they enjoy water sports, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, and playing golf.
