Profile

Katie Bryant, ’07, is senior graphic designer at Meredith College. Bryant’s responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and producing key recruitment, fundraising, and publication projects for Meredith. She is also responsible for the design, layout, and production of Meredith Magazine. In addition, Bryant supports the director of visual communication in managing the College brand, which includes video, web, and photography.

Before joining Meredith in 2020, Bryant was the in-house graphic designer and marketing coordinator for NC Advocates for Justice, a nonprofit membership organization in Raleigh, N.C. Bryant has also worked as a freelance graphic designer since 2007, creating custom event invitations, logos, and design packages for several nonprofit organizations including the Capital City Clauses and the NC Museum of History Associates.

Bryant graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design and a minor in photography. While attending Meredith, she won “Best in Show” in The Annual Student Juried Exhibition in 2006 and 2007. Bryant also served as the art director for Oak Leaves, the Meredith College Yearbook, from 2006 to 2007, where she supervised and contributed to all aspects of production, including design and layout, photography, and proofing.
