Jessika Perkins received her bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her master’s degree from Meredith College. Since becoming a registered dietitian in 2019, Jessika has worked both in inpatient and outpatient clinical dietetics, with a focus on oncology nutrition. Jessika obtained her board certification in oncology nutrition in 2021. Her research interests include head and neck cancer, multidisciplinary patient-centered care, and food insecurity.
