Jeannie Morelock is responsible for managing projects, communications, and budgets for the Office of the President. She also coordinates communications, annual meetings, budgets and records management for the College’s Board of Trustees. In addition, she assists with major events and provides staff support for Meredith’s strategic plan documentation.
Morelock joined Meredith College in 1988 as director of marketing and communications. In 2002, she became Assistant to the President for Communications in the President’s Office; in 2012, she assumed additional duties as Executive Assistant to the President and Board Relations Coordinator for the Board of Trustees. Before joining the College, Morelock worked at McKinney Advertising, WTVD-TV, WUNC-TV, and NC State University Agri-Communications.
