Profile

Christine Battle is the Clinical Educator for the Dietetic Internship’s Fayetteville Site Preceptor Path program. She is a seasoned nutrition, dietetics, and food service operations professional with expertise in training, nutrition care & management, menu planning, and project management in multiple settings including hospitals, long-term care, and school nutrition. Over her career, Christine’s deep passion for teaching, training, and mentoring has resulted in her creating & revamping training programs to maximize their impact. She especially enjoys providing valuable learning experiences and professional guidance for dietetics interns. Her interests include school nutrition, research on food insecurity and nutrition-related behaviors, and leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports (especially college football), cooking, and becoming a better plant parent.
