Seniors and a guest are free of charge (if you are a senior, look for the email from Class of 2026 to sign up or email Ai’Nyiah Harriel at atharriel@email.meredith.
Please purchase tickets no later than Tuesday, March 24th at 11:59pm. Tickets are $20 per person; $25 per person at the door

TRADITIONS FUND
We value inclusion and accessibility for Meredith traditions! If you need assistance with the cost, the Meredith Traditions Fund may cover the full ticket for your attendance (just student, not guest) at the Spring Formal. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must apply by Thursday, March 19th no later than 5pm. Once you apply, you will hear back no later than noon on the last business day before the end of ticket sales.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation requests for you or a guest should be made by March 24th through Cheryl Jenkins at jenkinsc@meredith.edu.
BUS SHUTTLE on Carolina Livery Mini-Bus
– Buses are equipped with ADA wheelchair lifts
– No Non-Meredith guests allowed
– Must agree to the 2026 Release Form below
– All participants who are under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the release. It is your responsibility to inform the College if you are under 18 years of age.
– If you are under the age of 18, please contact Cheryl Jenkins at jenkinsc@meredith.edu to get the appropriate release form for your parent or guardian to sign.
– Buses will pick up at Meredith at Cate Center and drop off at the back of the Hotel (and vice versa)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
If you volunteer for at least two hours total for set up, at the dance, and/or break down, then you can get into the dance for $10 (for Meredith students First Years-Juniors; this does not apply to guests); you must sign up to volunteer by Monday, March 23rd at Noon so that we can give you the discount code for when you purchase a ticket on-line.
