Spring Formal is masquerade-themed at the Crabtree Valley Marriott on Friday, April 4th, 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

You and a guest are cordially invited to the Spring Formal.
Seniors and a guest are free of charge (if you are a senior, look for the email from the Class of 2025 to sign up or email Emma Martin at eamartin@email.meredith.edu)
Please purchase tickets no later than Tuesday, April 1st at 11:59pm.  Tickets are $20 per person; $25 per person at the door

TRADITIONS FUND
We value inclusion and accessibility for Meredith traditions! If you need assistance with the cost, the Meredith Traditions Fund may cover a ticket for your attendance (just student, not guest) at Spring Formal. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must apply at least three (3) business days prior to the end of ticket sales, which is Thursday, March 27th. There is a limited number of scholarships available.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation requests for you or a guest should be made by April 1st through Cheryl Jenkins at jenkinsc@meredith.edu.

Again this Year! BUS SHUTTLE on US Carolina Livery Mini-Bus 
-Bus Shuttle all night on 30 minute intervals – arrive 15 minutes ahead of your shift
-Buses are equipped with ADA wheelchair lifts
-No Non-Meredith guests allowed
-Must agree to the 2025 Release Form below
-Buses will pick up at Meredith at Cate Center and drop off at back of Hotel (and vice versa)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
If you volunteer for at least 2 hours total for set up, at the dance, and/or break down, then you can get into the dance for $10 (for Meredith students First Years-Juniors; this does not apply to guests); you must sign up to volunteer by Monday, March 31st at Noon so that we can give you the discount code for when you get a ticket.
