Growing Engineers, Mathematicians and Scientists (GEMS) Summer Camp

Meredith College GEMS (Growing Engineers, Mathematicians and Scientists)  camp is an opportunity for elementary school girls to focus on these careers this summer.

Open to rising first grade through rising fifth grade girls, Meredith’s GEMS camp will feature fun and educational hands-on activities that incorporate math, engineering, and technology.

Participants will

• Enhance the understanding of mathematics
• Connect to real world applications with a social science integration
• Use analytical skills to build and program machines and robots
• Experience excitement and education on a college campus
