The Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology follows a scientist-practitioner model to prepare students to enter the job market directly after graduation. Students learn to use scientific methods to make an impact in workplaces. Thanks to our dedicated faculty and focus on applied learning experiences, such as internships and theses, 97% of our alumni secure I-O related jobs within 6 months of graduation.
“The emphasis on practical, hands-on learning at Meredith ensured that I was well-prepared to navigate the complexities of networking in the professional world.”
