Four-day residential program, Tuesday–Friday, June 15–18, Cost: $350
Audience: High school women – rising sophomores, juniors and seniors

Meredith College believes it is helpful for high school women to have the opportunity to explore what college life is really like. For the 32nd year, Meredith offers a personal skills seminar that focuses on topics such as communication skills, values clarification, college selection and career planning. Young Writers’ Camp 2010 (YWC)
Five-day camp, Monday–Friday, July 12-16, 10 a.m.–3 p.m., Cost: $300
Audience: Rising 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls

Do you enjoy writing? Join Meredith faculty, some of whom are published essayists, poets and novelists, for a week of creativity, learning and fun. Read and discuss lively works of literature, sharpen your editing/grammar skills and work on independent writing projects throughout the week. Girls Leadership Institute
Four-day program, Monday–Thursday, June 21–24, 10 a.m.–3 p.m., Cost: $300
Audience: Rising 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade girls
