CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Power Flex – A complete strength training class that focuses on all muscles, one song at a time, and incorporates dumbbells, bands, stability ball and floor work.
Cardio Interval – this class is all about improving cardiovascular fitness and maximizing caloric expenditure. Experience how it feels to work at higher intensity levels for short intervals followed by intervals of recovery. Then, we do again for a 30-40 minute class guaranteed to leave you sweating and energized. All levels welcome – class size limited to 10 and is held in the Fitness Center.
Core Balance – This class takes the best of traditional stretching, functional strength and Pilates and blends it into a format that everyone will love. This is a great class for anyone interested in exploring and implementing a personal stretching program.
Lo Impact Aerobics – energize your soul and get moving with aerobics. Format varies slightly from class-to-class but all modalities are low impact in nature and geared to all fitness levels.
Ab Attack - Exactly what it sounds like - a full class of core-abnominal exercises! Designed for balance and improvements in strength.
Circuit - The best of both worlds where we combine strength with aerobics. Experience the fitness center at its best in this station-based and timed format. Familiarity with the equipment is optimal but not required as our instructors will instruct and guide you through each class. |
