Responsibilities of the RTAs

The Resident Technology Assistant program is designed to provide residents in the dorms with personal assistance for problems they may have with their computers. What problems residents have that cannot be resolved by the RTA will be referred to the Technology Help Desk for further assistance. In addition, the RTAs are aware of and follow all college policies and procedures, particularly pertaining to technology.

RTAs keep their own hours during the week and have them posted outside their doors. To locate the RTA in your dorm, please refer to the list located at the top of this page. By clicking on the dorm name, you will be able to find all contact information.
