Meredith Technology Services Help Desk: Provides support for students, faculty, and staff. Located in the Noel Annex building the Help Desk provides three primary functions:
• 1st & 2nd level support for all software issues.
• Route 3rd level support to appropriate personnel.
Hardware repair for Meredith owned equipment.
Fall-Spring Hours
Mon-Thurs
8 am - 9 pm
Friday
8 am - 3 pm
Saturday
See On-call
Sunday
5 pm - 9 pm

 

Special Events: Special weekend events that need technical assistance will require two weeks notice. Support will be provided as resources are available. Contact the help desk.

Weekend On-Call Support: On-call hours will be provided by technology services on weekends. Campus wide problems will receive immediate attention. Individual computer problems will be addressed Sundays during regular help desk hours.
