Meredith Technology Help Desk:Provides support for students, faculty, and staff. The help desk is located in the back of the campus in the Noel Annex building. The Help Desk provides the following support.
• 1st & 2nd level support for software
• Software Installation for Meredith Faculty/Staff
• Hardware repair for Meredith owned equipment
• Route 3rd level support to appropriate personnel

Saturday On-Call Support: On-call hours will be provided on Saturdays with campus wide problems receiving immediate attention. Individual computer problems will be addressed during regular help desk hours.

Special Events: Special weekend events that need technical assistance will require two weeks notice. Support will be provided as resources are available. Contact the help desk.
Meredith Technology Desktop Support:Provides support for faculty, and staff as well as secondary support for students who visit the help desk. Desktop Support personal are located in the Noel Annex Building.

Desktop Support Specialists (DSS) will provide 2nd level hardware and software (OS) support for employees at Meredith College. View a list of supported Hardware and Software.

Desktop Support Services will provide support for open and department computer labs located on the campus. For locations and hours visit Meredith Computer Labs.
