The User Services Group provides technical support for Meredith students, faculty and staff. While the department is divided into three sections, Help Desk, Desktop Support, and Resident Technology Assistants (RTAs), all sections work together to provide the best possible solutions for the entire Meredith community.

The Technology Services Help Desk provides support for students, faculty and staff. We are located in the Noel Annex building in the back of the campus, directly in front of the softball field. Our contact number is 760-2323. Visit the Help Desk site for a complete list of hours, file downloads, and laptop information. The Help Desk accepts walk-ins as well as emails at techserv@meredith.edu.
 
Meredith College's Desktop Support provides first level technical support for all faculty and staff computers, network printers, shared computer labs, and department specific computer labs. The Desktop Support staff also provide backup support for the Help Desk staff. Visit the Desktop/Computer Labs site for a listing of hours, shared labs locations, software and hours, as well as department lab information.
 
Resident Technology Assistants Icon
The Resident Technology Assistant program is designed to provide residents in the dorms with personal assistance for problems they may have with their computers. What problems residents have that cannot be resolved by the RTA will be referred to the Technology Help Desk for further assistance.
