The User Services Group provides technical support for Meredith students, faculty and staff. While the department is divided into three sections, Help Desk, Desktop Support, and Resident Technology Assistants (RTAs), all sections work together to provide the best possible solutions for the entire Meredith community. |
The Technology Services Help Desk provides support for students, faculty and staff. The help desk is located in the Noel Annex building in the back of the campus, directly in front of the softball field. The contact number is 760-2323. Technology Services desktop support personnel provide first level technical support for all faculty and staff computers, network printers, shared computer labs, and department specific computer labs. The desktop support staff also provide backup support for the help desk staff.
