Email

  All full and part time faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students are assigned a Meredith College email account to be used for college related communication.
If a faculty, staff, or student has not been assigned an email account, or needs to report email issues, please contact the Technology Services help desk at 760-2323.
 
Cell Phone - Email Instructions
Cell phones that allow for data encryption can be used by students, faculty, and staff to receive Meredith Email. The link Google Apps for Mobile will provide setup and configuration instructions for supported cell phones.
Only phones that are owned by Meredith College will be supported by Technology Services. Contact the help desk at 760-2323 if a Meredith owned cell phone requires support.
 
Gmail Login Instructions
  gmail icon Faculty, staff, and students will be using Gmail, part of the Google Apps Suite, for email and calendaring. Login to Meredith College's gmail requires use of a different URL than the standard gmail login URL. Students and faculty/staff each have an unique URL.
•  Students will use the following URL for access to email: http://email.meredith.edu
•  Faculty/Staff will use the following URL for access to email: http://gmail.meredith.edu
 
Students/Faculty/Staff:
•  When logging into the gmail session, from the appropriate URL, students and faculty/staff will enter their netid.
•  The netid is the first part of your email address prior to the @ sign.
•  Do not put "@email.meredith.edu" in Username box. (see diagram) doing so will give you a username/password error.
