The Meredith College electronic mail system is available to every Meredith student, faculty and staff member who has a current network account and a valid password. The e-mail system, which is an integral component of the college's technological resources, is owned by the college and managed by the Technology Services staff for the benefit of the Meredith community.

Network
Technology Services has responsibility for providing voice and data support services to the Meredith community. In terms of systems, Technology Services is responsible for telecommunications, administrative computing, academic computing, and library computing activities. Computers and networks can provide access to resources on and off campus, as well as the ability to communicate with other users worldwide. Such access is a privilege and requires that the user act responsibly.

Telephones
Technology Services provides telephone service to all students, faculty and staff. Telephone service is provided through the campus network. Student telephone service is provided in each dorm room for local service.
