Access A set of common reports have been developed for access to academic and section enrollment information. Access to these reports is limited to Deans, Department Heads, Departmental Assistants, Program Directors, and administrators. A set of common reports have been developed to allow Budget Officers access to budget information.Individual reports are created for administrative offices that need to report on the data they are responsible for in Colleague.
