Datatel Colleague Datatel’s Colleague is the administrative software package used on campus by most administrative offices. Colleague houses Student Information, Human Resources, and Financial Data. Web Advisor Web Advisor is a web based interface that allows access to certain data that resides in Colleague. It allows access to course information and student academic and demographic information. Informer Informer is a reporting tool that that allows us to easily create reports on any data that resides in Colleague. Astra Scheduler Astra Scheduler is a room scheduler that provides us with the capability to schedule classes and other events on campus. Access is currently limited to The Campus Events and Registrar's Offices. Recruitment Plus College Board's Recruitment Plus is a software package written specifically for admissions offices. It provides the capability to manage prospective students and coordinate admissions and enrollment activities. The Raiser's Edge The Raiser's Edge is an application by Blackbaud, Inc. It is a fundraising management system available to non-profit organizations. The Information Systems Team, along with Institutional Advancement, is in the process of implementing this application. Powerfaids College Board's Powerfaids is a software package written specifically for Financial Aid offices. It manages student eligibility, verification, Pell Grant management, award packaging, loan origination, and reporting FAQs "Information Systems FAQs" contains information on issues related to applications using Datatel, Web Advisor, Informer, Astra Scheduler, Recruitment Plus, The Raiser's Edge and Powerfaids. |
