FREE workshop with environmental artist Bryant Holsenbeck

Renowned environmental artist Bryant Holsenbeck will hold an open studio from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17 at The Scrap Exchange, 548 Foster St. Holsenbeck is known for her work with recycled and up-cycled materials. On Friday, Holsenbeck will work with visitors on artwork for A Community Portrait of Durham, a creative re-use project.

The workshop is FREE and available to all ages. Supplies will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring any BLUE items to contribute (blue bottlecaps, paint, fabric, tinsel, faux flowers, etc.)
