Enrollment Management Team
The Enrollment Management Team (EMT) develops strategies for strengthening student recruitment, enrollment, retention, persistence and graduation rates. The team meets monthly to study facts, analyze data, review and recommend changes for policies and procedures, look at historical and technology trends and help achieve the College’s goals.
During 2007-2008, the EMT presented recommendations to the senior management team, administrative leaders, and other groups to improve and strengthen enrollment issues. The team continued to assist the College in meeting its goals and Vision 2010 objectives. Other highlights included: shared the results of the Human Capital Research Corporation analysis on the “Retention Lifecycle and Process Mapping and the Non-Matriculant Study”; discussed student billing information and communication responsibilities; shared the results of the 2007 CIRP Survey analyses; discussed the effectiveness of the newly implemented academic warning system; discussed Webadvisor positives and negatives; provided support and participation in events such as Early Registration and Orientation; and discussed Academic Probation and Early Alert.
The EMT consists of 19 members representing various administrative units, the faculty and students. Thank you for visiting our website and please feel free to contact any one of our team members.
