The Enrollment Management Team is charged with developing strategies for strengthening student recruitment, enrollment, retention, persistence, and graduation rates. The team meets monthly and in doing so they study facts, analyze data, review policies and procedures, recommend changes for policy and procedure, look at historical trends, technology trends and help achieve the colleges goals.
During 2006-2007, the Enrollment Management Team presented recommendations to the senior management team, administrative leaders, and other groups to improve and strengthen enrollment issues. The Enrollment Management Team continued to assist the college in meeting its goals and objectives, Vision 2010 Objectives and in doing so they present success stories of Meredith College to the community. Other highlights included: Shared the results of the Human Capital Research Corporation analysis on the Retention Lifecycle and Process Mapping and the Non-Matriculant Study; Discussed student billing information and talked about communication responsibilities; Shared the results of the 2006 CIRP Survey Analyses; Discussed the effectiveness of the newly implemented Academic Warning System; Discussed the Webadvisor positives and negatives; Highlighted on the pre-registration process; Provided support and participation in events such as Early Registration and Orientation; Academic Probation and Early Alert; and other topics to assist students to be successful at Meredith College.
The Enrollment Management Team consists of 18 members representing various administrative units, the faculty and students and meets monthly to fulfill its charge. Thank you for visiting out website and please feel free to contact any one of our Enrollment Management Team members.
