Meredith College values its partnership with parents and family members of Meredith students. The College has developed a statement that outlines expectations for students, family members, and Meredith College in an effective partnership that supports students' growth and development as adults and responsible individuals. This "Partnership for Success" statement is followed by frequently asked questions (and answers!) that provide information for parents and family members of Meredith students.
If you are a parent or family member of a new Meredith student, you may want to check out a list of resources and other information on our First Year Experience site. If you’re a parent or family member of a returning student, the dean of students’ office is your go-to resource with any questions you may have about your student’s well-being.
Student Safety
Even when your child is no longer living at home, it’s natural to continue to be concerned for her safety and well-being. A recent survey found that alumnae of women’s colleges were most likely to say they benefited from a safe environment.
