Disability Services Student Survey

Disability Services is currently conducting a survey to obtain feedback from DS students about our services. Surveys may be completed electronically or on paper. To complete an electronic survey please download the survey, complete your answers, and email to disabilityservices@meredith.edu. Paper versions of the survey are available in the Counseling Center/Disability Services waiting room in 202 Carroll Hall. All surveys may remain anonymous by placing them in the drop box in 202 Carroll.
