Counseling Center Student Survey
The Counseling Center welcomes your feedback . Surveys may be completed electronically or on paper. To complete an electronic survey please download the survey, complete your answers, and email to CounselingCenter@meredith.edu. Paper versions of the survey are available in the Counseling Center/Disability Services waiting room in 202 Carroll Hall. All surveys may remain anonymous by placing them in the drop box in 202 Carroll.
