Welcome to the Counseling Center!
The Counseling Center gives students a safe, confidential place to work through individual challenges and stressors. Counseling Center provides the following services: individual, short-term counseling; support groups; crisis interventions; disability services; psychological consultation; outreach and training; and resources and referral.
College is a time of transition, reflection, change, and growth- academically and personally. The Counseling Center is a safe place to talk about anything you want!
The Center staff respect and work with all students, honoring diversity of culture, color, religion, gender identity, size, and disabilities. We participate in the SafeZone Program. We provide information and referral services for staff and faculty.
All of our services are free and confidential!
Our Mission: To support and encourage students, as well as the entire Meredith Community, to grow emotionally, socially and academically.
Our Goal: To teach those who seek services how to cope with the challenge of college and life in a healthy, productive manner.
