The mission of the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development is to provide a learning environment in which students and student organizations are given opportunities to:

• participate in co-curricular activities;
• develop leadership abilities, grow in their understanding of self, others and community; and
• design and implement programs to enhance social, intellectual, recreational, community service and campus governance involvement.

We strive to help students develop the knowledge, skills, values, and global awareness necessary to assume current and future leadership roles. We also strive to provide programs and services in a safe and inclusive environment.

Our Vision

The Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development will create an experiential learning environment where women are inspired to be effective, confident leaders with integrity who are challenged to take risks toward positive change in a global community.
