Ongoing Leadership Development Opportunites

Co-Curricular Resume Program
The personal development program is designed to help students plan and document the experiences, skills and involvement gained while at Meredith College. Students in the program create a co-curricular resume, a self-reported college document describing their experiences in campus and community activities.

Leadership Library
The library consists of leadership books, videos, and icebreaker and teambuilding activities. These resources can be checked out to Meredith students, faculty and staff.

Sophie Lanneau Women’s Leadership Development Program
The program demonstrates Meredith College’s commitment to women’s leadership development and is designed to provide students with the opportunities to develop, enhance and practice a personal philosophy of leadership. Students learn basic concepts and historical perspectives of leadership, gain a greater understanding of ethics, values, diversity and women’s history, and learn about the relation of self to others and the community. Students earn recognition in the program by achieving one of three levels: Foundations of Leadership, Silver Leaf and Gold Leaf.
