Rental agreements are for 3 terms. The apartment rental fee is included in the cost of attendance at Meredith and will be considered when determining financial assistance packages for students for each term enrolled.
The apartment building consists of 48 units each containing four bedrooms and two bathrooms and 30 units containing two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are designed for single occupancy.
Each apartment includes a living/dining area, a kitchen with full-sized appliances, and a washer and dryer. Rent fees cover the cost of apartment rent, all utilities, internet access, and trash/recycling service.

$4,300.00 per person per semester (Fall and Spring terms)
$1,720.00 per person for summer (Summer term: Enrollment in summer school is not required, however, Tenant is responsible for rent payment.)

$3,630.00 per person per semester (Fall and Spring terms)
$1,452.00 per person for summer (Summer term: Enrollment in summer school is not required, however, Tenant is responsible for rent payment.)
The Rental Agreement includes three billing cycles corresponding with each term: Fall, Spring, and Summer.
Rent charges for the Fall and Spring shall be included along with tuition and other institutional charges on Tenant's statement of account.
a. The first charge for Fall semester rent shall be made in advance of the Fall semester.
b. The second charge, representing the Spring semester rent, shall be made in advance of the Spring semester.
Rent charges for the Summer term is a separate billing cycle and will be charged to the Tenant's statement of account prior to June 1 and is due on June 1.
Meredith College welcomed approximately 460 new students when the Class of 2018 arrived for Move-In Day on August 16, 2014. Members of the Class of 2018 came from 18 states and 17 countries, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, South Korea, Liberia, Mexico, Russia, Venezuela, and Vietnam. The Class of 2018 includes 38 honors scholars and 28 students who will be Meredith College Teaching Fellows. Meredith also welcomed more than 190 students in the IMPACT Raleigh program, which includes students from Wake County and out-of-state students who provide service and work each semester in their new home of Raleigh.
