Submit mid-year & year end reports to    Student Activities

SECRETARY

TREASURER/FUNDRAISER

Keep club roster
Take minutes at meetings & distribute
Keep detailed & accurate record of all financial transactions
Handle all monies collected by the club
Submit year end report to Student   Activities
Help organize fundraising activities
HISTORIAN/PUBLIC RELATIONS

HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR

Thru pictures & written logs, record all activities
Compile info into a booklet at the end of each semester
Coordinate advertising for club activities
Upkeep the social work bulletin board
Organize guest speakers
Assist in providing refreshments
Arrange location of meetings
Keep President/Vice President informed of status of ALL activities
