Theme

Conference 2002Tiffany McKinnon created the theme for this year as a result of her LeaderShape®™ vision. Her vision is "To make the Association of Cultural Awareness a more inclusive organization by reaching out to the community and recruiting new members.” By hosting the conference at Meredith College, this will allow non-students of color the opportunity to learn more about other cultures while enhancing the leadership abilities of students of color at Meredith College.

As minority students we must take initiative to develop the leader inside and make a difference around us. Edwin Hubbell Chapin said, “Every action of our lives touches on some chord that will vibrate in eternity.” Are you ready to take action and become a better leader for tomorrow?
