REQUESTING A TRANSCRIPT

Official Meredith College transcripts can be ordered online at www.getmytranscript.com. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using a major credit card. The cost per transcript is $5.00 and there is a $2.25 online processing charge per recipient. Your credit card will be charged only after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number (provided upon submission of your order). Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. If you are in need of an expedited order, you may make a walk-in/same day request in the Office of the Registrar for a fee of $15.00 per transcript during normal business hours.

Please Note:

• A student’s account must be in good standing before a transcript request will be processed.
• If there is a form that needs to be attached to the transcript, please email, fax or mail the form to the Office of the Registrar prior to ordering a transcript.
• If someone other than the student will be picking up the transcripts, please send a signed note identifying the person who is authorized to pick up the transcript. The person picking up the transcript must show a valid photo ID.
• Unofficial transcripts are available only in WebAdvisor to current students.

Transcripts will normally be mailed or ready for pickup within 3-5 business days of the college's receipt of your transcript order. Transcripts are mailed via regular 1st class U.S. Mail. We do not fax transcripts or print unofficial transcripts. If you select a processing option of 'After Grades are Posted' your transcript will be processed AFTER the conclusion of the current term. If you select a processing option of 'After Degree is Awarded' your transcript will be processed AFTER the conferral of the degree is placed on your transcript. Degrees are awarded on the date of May commencement, August 31st and December 31st.
