ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON WEBADVISOR AT 8:30 am on Monday, April 9, 2012. To begin the registration process, students need to schedule meetings with their advisors. The advisor is the best person to help students work out their schedules and to answer questions about requirements.
Registration times are assigned by class standing, based on credit hours earned. To verify your total earned credits, go to WebAdvisor and select "Academic History" under the "Academic Profile" heading. Then under "Transcript Type" select "Undergraduate" or "Graduate." Your total earned credits are listed at the bottom of the course list. To determine your registration time, refer to the chart above.

KEY DATES FOR PRE-REGISTRATION FALL 2012
- Monday, April 9, 2012, 8:30 am - Online pre-registration will open on WebAdvisor.
- Friday, May 25, 2012 - Waitlists will close. The lists will be worked on by the Office of the Registrar with department heads and then deleted.
- Friday, July 13, 2012, 12:00 noon – Online pre-registration will close on WebAdvisor. Pre-registration after this date will be done in person in the Office of the Registrar until Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 4:00 pm. (Note: Adding and dropping of courses on WebAdvisor will continue for those students who have already pre-registered until Wednesday, August 8th at 4:00 pm.)
- Wednesday, August 1, 2012- Fall tuition bills due. Students who are de-registered from their courses may re-register on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 10:00 am - noon or 2:00 - 4:00 pm in the Office of the Registrar in Johnson Hall with advisor approval and a tuition receipt.
- Wednesday, August 8, 2012, 4:00 pm - WebAdvisor will close for adding or dropping courses.
- Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon - Registration in person for new students in Johnson Hall.
- Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 12:00 noon - WebAdvisor to be turned on for add/drop after walk-in traffic has been served.
- Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm – Registration and add/drop in person will resume in Johnson Hall.
- Tuesday, August 21, 2012, 6:00 pm – Add/drop on WebAdvisor and in-person in the Office of the Registrar will close.

- A student is not officially registered for Fall 2012 semester at Meredith until the Accounting Office clears her account. Clearance is obtained by paying all previous charges and the fall tuition payment no later than August 1, 2012. The telephone number in the Accounting Office is (919) 760-8363. (NOTE: The Office of the Registrar does not have account information.)
- E-bills will be available in early July. Please check your Meredith e-mail for notification of your e-bill. If you have not received notification by July 13, please contact the Accounting Office.
- Students who are not cleared by the Accounting Office will have their class schedules for Fall 2011 semester cancelled in order to make classes available for students who have cleared their accounts.
WITHDRAWING FROM SCHOOL
Students not returning and not graduating at the end of Fall 2012 semester must officially withdraw from the College by completing a withdrawal form. Students withdraw through the Dean of Students Office located in the Park Center. Teacher Licensure students withdraw through the Department of Education.
