FLU Shot Information
We will be offering flu shots for $20 per student in Carroll Health Center until all doses are given. A new way to pay for services in the Health Center is to charge a student's account. The student needs to complete a charge slip and we fax it to accounting. Payment by cash or check is also accepted. Please call the Health Center at 919.760.8535 to ensure that there are doses available before you arrive.
