As your student continues to grow and find her place at Meredith, she will engage with the College in different ways. She may require additional support to ensure her academic and personal success—and she may look to you for different kinds of support, as well.

 

The dean of students’ office is an excellent resource to answer any questions you may have about your student’s well-being. Here are some other programs and resources that may be helpful:

 

• Online Student Handbook and Activities Calendar— your guide to everything at Meredith, including the honor code, a weekly activity calendar and a guide to residence life

• Emergency notification to faculty for student hospitalizations or death of immediate family member

• Counseling and referral

• Assisance for students with disability services

• MC Alert—sign up to be notified in case of an emergency at Meredith

• Send your daughter a cake to celebrate a special occasion

• Career Services – the office of Academic and Career Planning offers guidance throughout your daughter’s four years at Meredith
