Do you ever ignore what’s on your mind or really in your heart and then regret the missed opportunity for genuine expression? Our society is consumed by external sensory overload, and it is easy to let our own voices get drowned out. Using creative journaling, writing and visual prompts and exercises, come learn how to listen and express your authentic voice. Classes are conducted by a combination of discussion, individual and group writing exercises.
