Help Desk Support

The technology services help desk provides wireless connectivity and Meredith network printing support to all students using personal laptops on campus.  All other types of support for personal laptops should be directed to technology services recommended local support vendors.

The help desk will provide hardware and software support on Meredith-owned pcs, laptops, and printers.

Students with software related questions are encouraged to visit Atomic Learning via their Blackboard account to access both Windows and Mac how-to videos. For more information see Student Computing.

Graduating students participating in the laptop program can download the appropriate file for removing software prior to getting their transfer of ownership documents.  Windows XP - Windows 7
