The technology services help desk and desktop support staff will provide both hardware and software support for all Meredith College owned pcs, laptops, and printers. Students who bring personal laptops to campus will receive wireless connectivity and Meredith network printer support.
Students have access to the Meredith Intranet by logging into their MyMeredith account. By selecting the Technology Services tab, students will find print driver downloads, locations and contact information for personal laptop hardware and software repair, software information, and much more.
Windows and Mac software tutorials are available to all students via their MyMeredith account. Select the Atomic Learning link.
Campus Cards (CamCard): Access to the Meredith network print and copy system required students have money on their camcard. Both students and parents can manage this process. See Manage MyID.
Graduated students who participated in the laptop program, needing warranty service with Lenovo laptops, should visit the Lenovo Support Site to verify warranty and find repair locations.
