What is Wellness?

According to the World Health Organization, wellness is “…a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” 

To help meet the complex challenges brought on by the COVID pandemic, taking care of your physical and mental health is even more essential. You can participate in physical activities, form relationships that expand and strengthen your body, mind, and soul, and promote strong connections to our community and the environment.
