If you haven’t browsed the Wings website lately, you are missing out of some great Wings student stories and a very compelling Wings video.  Visit the Wings – Adult Education website, then scroll down to the “Featured Videos” and “Featured Stories.”  As you browse these amazing stories, think of how your own story developed at Meredith and in the time since and contact me at thmanning@meredith.edu if you have a strong alumnae story you would like to share.

Graduation News
It is exciting to report that 42 Wings students graduated in spring 2017 and three more are slated for August completion. These women stayed the course, juggling many life responsibilities and sometimes in the face of monumental challenges. They graduated with many honors and impressive GPAs!

Wings Connections and Conversations Dinner – September 7, 5:30-8 p.m., Belk Dining Hall

This annual event is designed to give new Wings students an opportunity to meet continuing Wings students, and all Wings students an opportunity to meet Wings, 23+, and Re-Entry alumnae.  Meeting and mingling over refreshments is followed by dinner, words of encouragement and wisdom from College administrators, a Wings or 23+ alumna, and a current Wings student, and time for everyone to connect over dessert.  All Wings, 23+, and Re-Entry Program alumnae are encouraged to participate.  Email Tom Manning at thmanning@meredith.edu if you would like to attend.
