White Iris Light Opera presents, Ruddigore, a comedic opera by the legendary Gilbert & Sullivan. There is a suggested $5 donation for this performance. Reservations can be made by contacting the box office at ext. 2840 or email@example.com.

Sizzlin' September Concert
Friday, September 5, 8 p.m.
Meredith College will feature The Cab as the headliner of the 2014 “Sizzlin’ September” concert. D.Veloped will open the show. The show is the tenth annual “Sizzlin’ September” concert to be held at Meredith. The concert is sponsored by the Meredith College Campus Activities Board. Faculty and staff tickets are FREE with Meredith ID. Employees may also receive one free guest ticket. Ticket distribution and sales will be in 202 Cate Center (Office of Student Leadership and Service) from Wednesday, August 27 through Friday, September 5 at 5 p.m. (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. office hours). Employees may also pick up tickets at the concert. To pick up your free tickets, please bring your Meredith ID with you.
Nutrition Graduate Student Association Fundraiser

Patrick Jane’s Gourmet Pizza Kitchen
1353 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary
The Nutrition Graduate Student Association’s fundraiser will support Meredith’s Campus Kitchens project. Patrick Jane’s Gourmet Pizza Kitchen is a farm-to-table restaurant with local food and extensive gluten-free options. The event will also feature a jazz band. Meredith faculty/staff are encouraged to attend.
MBA Information Session for Prospective Students
Thursday, September 18, 5:30- 8 p.m.
The event will include an information session, class visit, and dinner with recent MBA graduates who will answer questions about their experiences in the program. Meredith employees who are interested in applying for the MBA program are encouraged to attend. Visit the website for more information or to sign up.
Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition
Continues Through Wednesday, September 24
This annual survey exhibition highlights the range and depth of Meredith College’s art students’ work in sculpture, painting, drawing, photography, textiles, graphic design, ceramics, and mixed media.
