Professional Development Tips from the Office of Career Planning

As you set your resolutions and goals for the new year, consider spending some time on your own professional development. That may mean that you reconnect with mentors, register to attend professional conferences, or just sit down for coffee with someone whose work inspires you. I invite you to connect with Meredith alumnae on LinkedIn by joining the Meredith College Office of Career Planning (OCP) LinkedIn group!

There are many free and affordable options for learning or refreshing skills via the web. Use a free trial for LinkedIn Learning or investigate courses on edx.org. This fall the Alumnae Relations team and the Office of Career planning collaborated to deliver two career focused webinars for Meredith alumnae. We were excited to have connected with more than 60 alumnae!
